Our experiential method creates a lab-like environment for you to enhance your Attitudes, Behaviors and Cognition (ABCs) in such a way as to promote positive transformative change. Lasting change comes from transcendent experience; whoever learned to ride a bike by watching a PowerPoint Presentation? Challenging lab-like experiences coupled with powerfully honest reflective debriefs yield deeper learning and improved results for you, your team and your organization. Learning and working on your leadership skills in real time with real people is an investment that pays off.
All of our course offerings are predicated on this concept. Thousands of sessions, resulting in long lasting increases in effectiveness have proven that our program works. Lasting improvements are not typically accomplished in a day. We propose a progression, over time, where new concepts are discussed, trialed and reinforced in our “experiential lab” environment. Our introductory course exposes participants to a selection of foundational concepts. Participants are engaged in dynamic activities that awaken them to new possibilities. We follow that with three Leadership Core courses, each one focused on very specific concepts in such a way that participants enjoy an opportunity to reinforce and recognize how their newly enhanced ABCs enable them to be more effective.
Each concept is explored in the context of a progressive structure: 1) presentation of concepts; 2) individual and team challenge; 3) guided self-reflection; and 4) open de-brief with the entire team providing diverse and unique observations and input with a focus on adopting new ABCs going forward.
Leadership and Team Synergy: An Introduction
Our introductory one-day course is a dive into the engaging and wild world of experiential team leadership training. Rather than learn from a lecture, PowerPoint or workbook, trainees “learn by doing” through full engagement in the problem-solving process.
