Discovery

This is a very low-impact approach to understanding the existing organization, using a small number of interviews and very simple/quick data collection.

Design

Each session is customized to begin where your people are right now.  Each exercise presents a challenge you don’t think you can do; but you do.  Then another one.  And another.  By the end of the session you have built a Tenacity of Spirit that’s been internalized enough to positively impact your work.

Execute

For each exercise:  frame, execute, then conduct a powerfully honest debrief while documenting key learnings and commitments for personal change.  The key learnings become a historical record, a written Tool List in the participant’s own words.

Followup

We publish the documented personal commitments; participants hold themselves and each other accountable.  Project Discovery is available for on-site facilitation to reinforce concepts, learnings and commitments.

We are not a “One-Size-Fits-All” or “One-and-Done” company.

We begin with the “Discovery Process” where we work with you to accurately assess your training needs and then design a customized training approach to meet those needs.  Due to the custom nature of our partnership with you, our programs run from half-day to multi-day retreat experiences so that we can find the perfect “fit” for you and your organization.  We look forward to the opportunity of working closely with you in order to design and deliver a customized training program keeping your specific and unique training needs in mind.  Every session includes periodic checkpoints where we assess and adjust the program in order to reach and then exceed our mutually agreed upon training goals.  Following the training, we will again work closely with you to provide the necessary follow-up to fully reinforce and integrate all “take-aways” and new skills back into your workplace. This follow-up opportunity also allows us to be certain that individuals and teams live up to their commitments they made during the training.
